We bought this rack after experiencing serious damages to both our bikes from using another popular style/name brand carrier. This carrier is by far, easy to use and superior to anything we ever had. We added a front custom hitch to our truck and now the bikes are low enough we can see through our windshield when traveling. They are 100% secure, with no bouncing or damage to our aluminum bike frames.
